End of 2011 - Migraine
Had a pretty good Christmas but saw the last few days of 2011 out with a Migraine.
I've suffered with this foul condition for many years but on Dec 28th, decided to try and visualize what the beginning of going into the 'M' zone actually feels like.
For me, it normally starts with a stiff neck that rises. There's a horrible drained feeling and a sensitivity to sound, then the shuddering starts. Quite often I end up vomiting several times and able to do nothing but lie in bed.
During a migraine I'll put my hand over my head and it feels as if I could fit my head within the palm of my hand... a bizarre shrunken head sensation...
This condition is remarkably common. I regard it as a huge waste of time but after I've had one, I get an enormous amount of energy and a lot of work done!!
